The Teacher Readiness Institute was built from direct experience leading and coaching novice teachers in independent K–8 schools.
A Recurring Pattern
Across schools, a consistent pattern emerged: capable teachers struggled not because of knowledge gaps, but because foundational classroom systems were not yet installed.
Without predictable entry routines, transition control, pacing awareness, and clear attention systems, instructional coaching became reactive rather than developmental.
This was not a talent problem. It was an infrastructure problem.
